The basics.
What is the difference between the plans?
Every plan ships with the full knowledge base and all 12 core clmAI agents. Capture, verification, the playbook, deviations, negotiation, renewals, risk and Ask clmAI. Foundation adds clmAI Author so you can draft from your own templates and run agreements to signature. Commercial adds clmAI Procurement so you can vet new SaaS suppliers before you sign. Enterprise covers higher quotas, Microsoft Entra single sign-on, and bespoke integrations.
Do I pay per seat?
No. Pricing is per tenant. Each plan bundles a reviewer-seat ceiling (Solo 3, Foundation 8, Commercial 20, Enterprise unlimited). Pricing stays per tenant so you are free to involve as many reviewers as the verification gate needs. The verification gate gets stronger the more lawyers sign off on it.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. Upgrades are pro-rated to the next billing month and take effect immediately; downgrades take effect at renewal. Your source documents stay in your own SharePoint or Google Drive throughout.
